The beginner’s course is fun and can be challenging. It will help your fitness, strength, and flexibility, improve concentration and reduce stress and create a feeling of confidence and well being. We supply all equipment and classes are held at Bridge Yoga.Cost for the six week course is $120 or $110 concession. Deposit of $30 is required to secure your place.
