We have a new early morning yoga class commencing Thursday 20th July 6am – 7.30am with Karen. Great way to beat the winter chills and start the day energised.

Hitting the yoga mat on a regular basis will have you feeling stronger, more peaceful, and more able to manage stress.
Our Yoga Course runs for six weeks and is suitable for all ages & fitness levels. We design the course so that all our students receive maximum benefits. The course is fun and can be challenging. It will help your fitness, strength, and flexibility, improve concentration and reduce stress and create a feeling of confidence and wellbeing.
We supply all equipment and the cost for the six week course is $120 or $110 concession. Deposit of $30 is required to secure your place.
